Gym owners may also be involved in designing fitness programs, hiring trainers, and engaging with the local community to promote the gym.

What are some common challenges faced by gym owners in managing operations and member satisfaction?

Gym owners often face the challenge of balancing operational efficiency with maintaining high levels of member satisfaction.
