Essential Purpose: Highly motivated and sales driven leader, a great position for someone who loves sales and is passionate about helping our members achieve their health and wellness goals. This role involves spending time working at a designated club to improve sales, overall processes, and develop and lead others to do the same. Must have great people skills, willingness to learn and a strong desire to help others achieve optimal results. Ensure the success of the club in its entirety including the club's members, employees, and financial success. An ideal candidate must have a passion for fitness, demonstrate a drive for success, and a history of commitment, delivering results and motivating clients.

Other Responsibilities:

· Employee behavior and success

· Deliver great customer service

· Club cleanliness

· Building and equipment maintenance and safety

· Overall operations of club

Accountabilities:

· Membership Sales (Club and Individual - including services, products, programs)

· Membership Billing

· Payroll Budget

· Employee training, coaching, success and problem resolution

· Customer Service (friendly, clean, helpful, problem resolution)

· Fitness Sales Pipeline

· Information Hub (product knowledge, programs, events etc.)

· Employee and member safety

Requirements for Success:

· Lead by example.

· Takes ownership of results.

· Adapts well and quickly to various situations.

· Team player and be willing to jump into any task and get it done.

· Engage and communicates well with members and teammates with a customer service mentality.
