Location: Denver, CO

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: $55-75,000

Anytime Fitness is seeking experienced Gym Manager with strong sales expertise to oversee all aspects of gym operations. The Gym Manager will be responsible for selling membership and fitness packages; tracking KPIs; training and managing staff; customer service; maintaining a clean, welcoming and safe environment for members; conducting fitness assessments.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement strategies to increase memberships and retain existing members
  • Create and maintain a positive and motivating atmosphere in the gym
  • Handle member inquiries, complaints, and feedback in a professional and timely manner
  • Maintain accurate records and reports related to gym operations and finances
  • Ensure all equipment is in working order and properly maintained
  • Promote and market gym services and events to attract new members and increase retention
  • Manage staff schedules, performance, and training
  • Coach training sessions as needed and grow training revenue

Requirements:

  • 3+ years fitness management, or equivalent experience (Bachelor's degree a plus)
  • Proven track record of achieving sales and membership goals
  • Strong leadership and communication skills
  • Knowledge of fitness equipment and exercise techniques
  • CPR and First Aid certification
