Amélioration continue
- Participer et trouver des initiatives pour l’amélioration continue afin de maximiser l'efficacité, la productivité et la sécurité.
- Établir et mettre en place un budget et liste des actions nécessaires
- Valider et mettre en place les améliorations continues (Lean manufacturing un atout)
- Participer aux actions de la salle d’Orientation (Compass room)
- Diriger le comité de santé et sécurité.
- Analyser et diagnostiquer différents problèmes reliés à la santé et sécurité des travailleurs
- Créer et mettre en place les différentes procédures, instructions de travails et formations nécessaires concernant la sécurité.
- S'assurer du respect des procédures mise en place.
- Faire le suivi et analyser les incidents et accidents intervenue lors de la production
- Faire le lien entre les différents auditeurs Santé sécurité tel que CNESST, Novo SST…
- Effectuer toutes autres tâches connexes requis.
- Baccalauréat en génie mécanique
- Expérience en usine manufacturière (procédé injection un atout)
