Les Jardins Champfleury, a friendly private seniors' residence located in Limoilou, is looking for a full-time Dining Room Manager. Do you enjoy customer service, interacting with seniors, and managing a team? You're the person we're looking for. We offer group insurance, telemedicine, gym access, free parking, low-cost meals, and a company-provided cell phone and laptop!


POSITION DESCRIPTION:

Schedule: Full-time day shift with one weekend on and one weekend off. Salary: To be discussed.


ROLE AND GENERAL RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Managing absences
  • Schedule
  • Staff training

Management

  • Ensure effective communication to your teams and to the residence in general
  • Ensure that services provided to residents and their loved ones are of a high quality

Food Services

  • Bring plates to tables and provide personalized service
  • Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure good teamwork
  • Greet residents in the dining room and ensure they are comfortable
  • Manage guests' reservations and ensure their comfort
  • Perform other related duties
