Job Title: Gym Manager

Location: Aurora, CO

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: $55-75,000

We are seeking experienced Gym Manager with sales expertise to oversee all aspects of gym operations. The Gym Manager will be responsible for selling membership and fitness packages; tracking KPIs; training and managing staff; customer service; maintaining a clean, welcoming and safe environment for members; conducting fitness assessments.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement strategies to increase memberships and retain existing members
  • Create and maintain a positive and motivating atmosphere in the gym
  • Handle member inquiries, complaints, and feedback in a professional and timely manner
  • Maintain accurate records and reports related to gym operations and finances
  • Ensure all equipment is in working order and properly maintained
  • Promote and market gym services and events to attract new members and increase retention
  • Manage staff schedules, performance, and training
  • Coach training sessions as needed and grow training revenue

Requirements:

  • 3+ years fitness management, or equivalent experience (Bachelor's degree a plus)
  • Proven track record of achieving sales and membership goals
  • Strong leadership and communication skills
  • Knowledge of fitness equipment and exercise techniques
  • CPR and First Aid certification
