Hiring Experienced Gutter Installer | Starting $20-$30/hr, move to % pay after initial training to maximize your income

This is an experienced position, and the ultimate candidate will have at least 2 years of skilled gutter and/or exterior construction experience (minimum 1 year gutter installation/repair). A positive attitude is a must, as well as the ability to properly and comfortably interact with clients and other employees. You will be groomed for leadership in the field, to be part of a family, and to grow with an established brand.

Experienced Gutter Installer Requirements: 
  • Preferred 2+ years with minimum 1 year of experience in K-style gutter installation (half round a plus)
  • Be a team player with a positive attitude
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Ability to work outdoors in all weather conditions/seasons
  • Interest in growing with the company
  • Willingness to work overtime
  • OSHA certification and/or ladder safety training preferred
  • Must be 18 years or older
  • Must have a valid driver’s license
Experienced Gutter Installer Compensation: Hourly position $20-$30/hour. After initial training, this position will be paid a percentage of the truck's earnings each day instead of hourly.
