INSTALLER - Gutter Installation

Job description

We are seeking outgoing, friendly, and helpful team members to welcome and assist customers.

Previous gutter installation experience is a plus but not a requirement as we provide extensive

training.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

Review daily work schedule and ensure truck is loaded with all product(s), tools and equipment for the day

Complete vehicle safety and job site inspections

Safely unload and stage material at job site

Report safety, customer or quality concerns

Install quality aluminum, steel, and copper gutter systems

Ensure precise, accurate installations

Measure, cut, fabricate, and assemble on-site

Safely and efficiently use hand tools, power tools, and specialized equipment

Work on ladders and lift equipment as needed

Maintain high standards of workmanship and job-site safety

Required Knowledge, Skills and Abilities

Experience in gutter installation, metal fabrication, or similar construction work preferred but not required

Strong skills in measuring, cutting, and working at heights preferred but not required

Comfortable using hand tools and power tools (gutter machine experience a plus)

Ability to work as part of a team

Dependable, safety-focused, and detail-oriented

Commitment to quality

Must possess a valid driver's license and be comfortable driving a truck and trailer to job sites throughout service areas.

Experience towing trailers and maintaining a clean driving record.

Physical Requirements

The minimum physical requirements for this position include:

Able to lift, carry, and load materials, equipment, and gutter machines (up to 60 lbs. unassisted)

Capacity to safely climb, balance, and work on ladders, scaffolding, and roofs (often up to 30 feet or more) without fear of heights

Frequent bending, stooping, kneeling, crouching, twisting, and reaching to install brackets, cut metal, and apply caulk

Ability to stand, walk, and perform rigorous physical labor for extended periods of time (8-10 hours a day)

Strong grip, hand-eye coordination, and fine motor skills to operate heavy-duty power tools (drills, saws) and hand tools safety

Physical stamina to withstand varying and sometimes extreme weather conditions, including intense heat, cold, and rain

Normal or corrected vision to read measurements, ensure perfect leveling and spot structural hazards
