Gutter Installation Foreman - TRAVELING

Our many years of success, quality, and customer satisfaction have allowed JRC to continue to grow. We are looking to add a gutter crew to the team and continue to be the commercial roofing experts.

Licensed/Registered in 48 of 50 states we specialize in commercial and industrial capital improvement projects, primarily steep and low slope roofing, siding, and gutters. This leadership role will take you all over the country, travel expenses paid!


MUST LIVE IN THE MIDDLE TN AREA


Description:

  • Manage and supervise crews daily
  • Leading and handling routine repairs and installation on gutters
  • Keeping track of equipment, and material for inventory purposes
  • Install all gutters, guards and downspouts as well as keeping the truck organized
  • Running the setup of operating fabricating machines to cut, using shears, hammers, or drills
  • Climb, kneel, crawl, and stand to perform daily work and ladder climbing when needed
  • Complete removal of existing gutter and reinstall
  • All other duties as assigned

Requirements:

  • Availability to consistently travel throughout the U.S.
  • 1-3 years of roofing and/or gutter installation a must
  • Ability to measure and cut materials for installation
  • Leading the team to be more efficient in the field
  • Valid driver's license, in good standing
  • Experience driving a box truck
  • Ability to lift and carry 50lbs
