Job description

Location: New Albany, IN
Job Type: Full-Time | In-Person
Compensation: $50 Per Qualified Lead + Weekly Bonuses

Cox Roofing is a family-owned company serving Indiana and Colorado since 2013. As an Owens Corning Platinum Preferred Contractor with 40+ years of combined experience and a Better Business Bureau A+ rating, our team brings credibility and expertise to every project.

Duties

  • Go door-to-door in assigned neighborhoods introducing homeowners to Cox Roofing
  • Generate qualified appointments for our sales team
  • Educate homeowners on roofing, siding, gutter, and exterior remodeling services
  • Build rapport and represent the Cox Roofing brand professionally
  • Attend community events and local outreach opportunities as needed
  • Track leads, appointments, and activity in company CRM systems
  • Work closely with sales leadership to maximize results and growth opportunities

Training & Growth

  • Work alongside experienced team members in the field
  • Learn proven communication and lead-generation techniques
  • Develop confidence through hands-on training and coaching
