Emplify Health by Gundersen is seeking a dedicated family medicine physician to join our thriving practice in Onalaska, Wisconsin. Be a part of a dynamic, collaborative team that provides comprehensive care to patients of all ages while building meaningful connections with families and the community.

  • Strong multidisciplinary support, including integrated behavioral health therapists.
  • 24-hour specialty consultation available, with access to cardiology, orthopedics, general surgery, pediatric specialties, and more.
  • Opportunity for a high pediatric volume, if desired.
  • No nursing home coverage.
  • Phone call coverage from home (approximately one week at a time, four to five weeks per year).

Must have completed an accredited graduate medical training program and be board certified or eligible within the area of medicine stated. In addition, must have or be able to obtain a license to practice in our multi-state region with no restrictions or limitations. Medical staff in our system will supervise advanced practice clinicians. Medical staff may need to provide outreach service as part of their role in the system. Teaching students, residents, fellows or clinical staff is cornerstone to our Medical Education philosophy and an expectation of all medical staff.
