Job Title: General Labor/Manufacturing - Detroit
Note: Please submit resume
Pay Rate: $15.00 - 16.00 per hour
Shift Schedule:
  • Monday - Thursday: 6:00 AM to 4:30 PM
  • Must be flexible for overtime as needed
  • Some Friday work will be required
Position Type: Long-Term Assignment with Direct Hire Opportunity

Expected Duration:
This is a long-term position with the potential for direct hire after 90 days or 520 hours based on attendance, performance, and business needs.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Carry out daily production and warehouse assignments as directed
  • Stack and organize materials and finished products
  • Band and weigh materials for shipment preparation
  • Stack 2-pound packages onto pallets in an efficient and safe manner
  • Operate a glue gun and perform basic assembly-related tasks
  • Maintain a clean and safe work area
  • Follow all company safety procedures and work instructions
  • Assist with other general labor duties as assigned
Requirements:

  • Ability to stand, walk, bend, and lift throughout the shift
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment
  • Reliable transportation and strong attendance

Required PPE:
