Schedule: Monday–Friday 6:00 AM – 4:00 PM | Saturdays 6:00 AM – 12:00 PM | Some Sundays as needed

About the Opportunity:
A manufacturing company is looking for hands-on and hardworking Assemblers to join their production team. This is a temp-to-hire opportunity with a company that offers a robust benefits package once hired on permanently.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Assist in various stages of the assembly process.
  • Support team members with tasks such as:
    • Spot welding using manual welding guns
    • Applying adhesives and sealants to designated areas
    • Assisting in the installation of closures including doors, hoods, and fenders.
  • Operate tools and equipment safely and efficiently.
  • Follow detailed work instructions and maintain quality standards.
  • Maintain a clean and organized work area.
  • Communicate effectively with team leads and fellow workers.
Requirements:
  • Previous assembly or general labor experience preferred.
  • Willingness to work in a physically active, team-based environment.
  • Ability to lift, push, and pull up to 50 lbs as needed.
  • Comfortable working with tools and around machinery.
