Production Team Responsibilities
  • Prepare, cook, deposit, and spread gummy products according to specifications
  • Monitor product quality, weights, and in-process checks
  • Operate, set up, and clean production equipment
  • Accurately complete batch records and production documentation
  • Communicate effectively during shift handoffs and issue escalation
  • Follow SOPs, GMP/cGMP guidelines, and production KPIs

What We're Looking For
  • High school diploma or GED, 18+
  • Fluent in English with strong verbal and written communication skills
  • High attention to detail and commitment to quality
  • Excellent communicator who works well in a team environment
  • At least 2 years of experience in food, nutraceutical, pharmaceutical, or chemical manufacturing
  • GMP or cGMP experience preferred
  • Working knowledge of ERP systems for production tracking and documentation
  • Reliable, punctual, and able to work independently or as part of a team
  • Ability to stand for long periods, lift up to 50 lbs, and use precision tools (scales, pH meters, refractometers)
