Job description

Rockstar Dental Co-therapist

We are looking for a Rockstar Dental Co-therapist who is eager to go beyond insurance-driven hygiene to promote and develop optimal oral health programs for your patients. We implement proven adjunctive therapies in our treatment of periodontitis, including oral DNA testing, subgingival medicaments, antibiotics, and other means at our disposal to eradicate gum disease. We know that gum disease is no longer simply a matter of retaining teeth, but related to abnormal function of at least 57 systemic processes within the human body. Gum disease is now about prolonging and improving the quality of life! We need someone who is eager to evolve with our progressive office, and willing to learn new and improved ways of doing things. We thrive on working as a team, caring for our easy-going, multi-generational patients, in a family-type atmosphere. And we have fun doing it! We are a close-knit group who enjoys working together, learning together in continuing education, and even playing together outside of the office. We participate in dental consulting, and are committed to continual improvement! If you have a steady hand and great bedside manner and an excitement to improve your profession, we'd love to meet you!
