What You’ll Do
  • Examine, diagnose, and repair vehicles accurately and efficiently

  • Communicate repair needs and labor estimates with the shop foreman and service advisors

  • Recommend additional services when appropriate

  • Plan and manage workflow in coordination with shop leadership

  • Monitor repair times and keep service advisors informed

  • Complete repair documentation clearly and thoroughly

  • Maintain strict adherence to dealership policies and safety standards

  • Assist with mentoring and training technician trainees

  • Stay current with factory technical bulletins and attend required training

  • Follow all federal, state, and local regulations, including hazardous waste disposal
