Role Overview

Quantum Strides is seeking a highly experienced TRIRIGA Functional Lead to serve as a subject matter expert and delivery leader for large-scale IWMS implementations. This role will lead functional solution design, client engagement, and delivery governance across complex IBM TRIRIGA programs, working closely with executive stakeholders, architects, developers, and client business teams.

The ideal candidate brings deep hands-on expertise across TRIRIGA modules, strong leadership in enterprise implementations, and proven success guiding organizations through IWMS transformation initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

  • Act as the Functional Lead and TRIRIGA Subject Matter Expert for enterprise IWMS implementations and modernization programs.
  • Lead end-to-end functional delivery across TRIRIGA modules including Capital Projects, Operations & Maintenance (O&M), Space & Reservation Management, Lease Administration, and custom applications.
  • Partner with client stakeholders to define, document, and optimize real estate and facilities management business processes, translating them into scalable TRIRIGA solutions.
  • Conduct gap analysis between client requirements and TRIRIGA out-of-the-box capabilities; recommend configurations, extensions, and customizations as needed.
  • Responsible for creating User stories, and Application Functional Specification Documents
  • Provide functional leadership for data migration strategies, validation, and cutover planning from legacy systems (e.g., Archibus or other IWMS platforms).
  • Collaborate with technical architects and development teams to ensure functional designs align with TRIRIGA data models, workflows, and integration standards.
  • Lead and support User Acceptance Testing (UAT), issue triage, and resolution to ensure high-quality production releases.
  • Guide cloud-based TRIRIGA deployments, upgrades, and post-go-live stabilization efforts.
  • Develop and oversee training materials, conduct end-user and administrator training sessions, and support change management initiatives.
  • Serve as a trusted advisor to clients, providing executive-level communication, solution guidance, and implementation best practices.
  • Contribute to project planning, delivery governance, and risk management, ensuring successful on-time and on-budget outcomes.

Required Qualifications

  • 8+ years of experience in IWMS / Enterprise Application implementations, with deep specialization in IBM TRIRIGA.
  • Proven experience leading large-scale TRIRIGA implementations as a Functional Lead, Solution Architect, or SME.
  • Extensive knowledge of TRIRIGA modules, platform configuration, workflows, security, and data structures.
  • Strong understanding of facilities management, real estate, capital projects, and maintenance operations.
  • Hands-on experience with data migration, system integrations, and cloud deployments.
  • Demonstrated ability to work with executive stakeholders and translate complex requirements into actionable solutions.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Experience mentoring teams, establishing delivery standards, and driving functional excellence.

Preferred Qualifications

  • IBM TRIRIGA certifications (Application Developer / Consultant).
  • Experience supporting public sector or large enterprise clients.
  • Familiarity with other IWMS platforms (e.g., Archibus) and legacy-to-TRIRIGA transitions.
  • Background in pre-sales, solution consulting, or advisory roles.
