Job Description:

Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced Guidewire Architect with expertise in Guidewire Cloud to lead the design, architecture, and implementation of enterprise-grade insurance solutions. The ideal candidate will have deep knowledge of Guidewire PolicyCenter and ClaimCenter and hands-on experience migrating or implementing solutions on Guidewire Cloud Platform (GWCP).

Key Responsibilities:

Architect and design scalable, secure, and high-performance solutions using Guidewire Cloud Platform (GWCP).

Lead end-to-end Guidewire implementations, upgrades, and cloud migrations.

Collaborate with business stakeholders, product owners, and development teams to define technical roadmaps and solution architecture.

Ensure best practices for integration, security, performance optimization, and DevOps in a cloud environment.

Work with APIs, microservices, cloud-native technologies, and third-party integrations for Guidewire applications.

Provide technical leadership and mentoring to development teams.

Troubleshoot and resolve complex issues related to Guidewire Cloud architecture and performance.

Ensure compliance with Guidewire best practices, cloud security standards, and regulatory requirements.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

8+ years of experience in Guidewire implementation and architecture.

Hands-on experience with Guidewire Cloud Platform (GWCP), including cloud-native deployment and configuration.

Expertise in at least one Guidewire product: PolicyCenter, BillingCenter, or ClaimCenter.

Strong understanding of Guidewire Digital, Jutro UI framework, and integration frameworks.

Proficiency in Gosu scripting, Java, and cloud technologies (AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud Platform).

Experience with CI/CD pipelines, Kubernetes, Docker, and cloud automation tools.

Familiarity with API design (REST, SOAP), event-driven architecture, and messaging queues (Kafka, RabbitMQ, etc.).

Excellent communication skills and ability to interact with executives, business analysts, and technical teams.

Guidewire Certifications such as Guidewire Certified Architect, Guidewire Cloud Certified Specialist, or ACE Certification are highly preferred.
