Job description

TECHNICAL QUALIFICATIONS

  • 10+ years of overall IT experience, with at least 7 years of hands-on Guidewire ClaimCenter integration and configuration development.
  • Prior experience serving as a Technical Lead delivering at least two end-to-end Guidewire ClaimCenter implementations within commercial insurance.
  • Proven ownership and support of production Guidewire ClaimCenter platforms and associated integration ecosystems.
  • Strong technical leadership experience managing teams of 10–20 engineers across onshore and offshore models.
  • Expert-level experience with Guidewire APIs, data model, product models, and integration frameworks.
  • Hands-on expertise with Java, GOSU, J2EE, XML, Web Services, and relational databases (SQL Server preferred). · Experience with application servers such as Apache Tomcat.
  • Strong experience with batch processing, messaging, event-driven integrations, and migration utilities. · Expertise in CI/CD tools and practices, including Jenkins, Git, code coverage, scanning tools (e.g., SonarQube), and DevSecOps principles.
  • Guidewire ClaimCenter ACE Certification required.
  • Guidewire Cloud migration experience is preferred.
  • Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies. · Deep knowledge of P&C insurance, with a preference for commercial insurance domain experience.
