  • Providing customer service to the jumpers and riders.
  • Rigging the bungee cord and performing double checks.
  • Lowering jumpers manually or with a winch to the retrieval vessel.
  • Assisting in training new guides and team members.
  • Participating in ongoing training.
  • Maintaining and inspecting the bungee jumping equipment.

Work Period

The season at The Great Bungee Company is typically scheduled to run from mid-April until the end of November. Jumping activities are scheduled 7 days a week during this time period. • April to June: ~40 hrs per week
  • July & August: ~40+ hrs per week
  • September to November: ~35-40 hrs per week

Estimated Start Date: May 20th, 2026

Work Location

The Great Bungee Company’s jump site is in the Old Standard Quarry in Harpers Ferry, WV.

Candidate Requirements

  • Be at least 21 years of age.
  • Have your own car or a reliable means of transportation.
  • Previous experience working in a team environment
  • Previous customer service experience is an asset.
  • Possess First-Aid/CPR or be willing to take.
  • Be a strong swimmer capable of passing an onsite swim test.
  • Must take part in a water rescue course provided by The Great Bungee Company.
