Summary
About the position: This position is Non-appropriated Fund (NAF) and will be assigned to the 47th Support Squadron at Laughlin Manor, Laughlin AFB, Del Rio, TX.
This position is considered Flexible. This position is guaranteed a minimum of 0 hours but can work up to a maximum of 40 hours per week. You may be required to work nights, weekends, and holidays. As a flexible employee, you are not eligible for leave or benefits.

Duties
Help
Receives and confirms room reservations, registers and assigns room to guests. Accepts payment, makes changes, and presents departing guests checkout statements. Prepares cash receipts, daily cashier's report and daily activity report. Sells sundry items to guests. Ensures housekeeping status of rooms are updated. Records and notifies appropriate person of maintenance problems reported by guests. Ensure front desk area and lobby remains clean. Process night audit procedures and close credit machines nightly. Ensures that customer service is the first priority.

Qualifying Experience:
Applicant must have experience in general clerical or cashier work of any kind in which the applicant has demonstrated ability to perform satisfactorily in handling multiple tasks and providing quality customer service. Experience must have demonstrated the ability to resolve common arithmetic problems, and to make change when receiving payment from customers
You will be evaluated on the basis of your level of competency in the following areas:
Education

FOREIGN EDUCATION: Education completed in foreign colleges or universities may be used to meet the requirements. You must show proof the education credentials have been deemed to be at least equivalent to that gained in conventional U.S. education program.
