You're not just answering phones. You're setting the tone for every guest who walks through our doors.

As a Guest Service Associate at European Wax Center, you are the face of the brand. You're the first impression, the warm welcome, and the reason guests come back. You'll educate guests on our services and products, keep the front desk running smoothly, and help build a center culture that people genuinely love being part of.

WHAT YOU'LL DO

Guest Experience

  • Warmly greet every guest with professionalism and genuine enthusiasm
  • Educate guests on services, policies, and what to expect during their visit
  • Answer phones, manage the reservation book, and handle guest inquiries
  • Create an environment guests want to return to - and tell their friends about

Sales & Goal Achievement

  • Educate every guest on EWC Wax Pass savings, products, and promotions
  • Confidently communicate the benefits of waxing frequency and skincare products
  • Consistently meet or exceed individual sales and rebooking goals
  • Actively contribute to center-wide performance targets

Team Collaboration & Operations

  • Support opening and closing procedures and daily administrative tasks
  • Accurately process transactions and manage guest profiles through POS
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming lobby and front desk area
  • Participate in ongoing training and team meetings
