Job description

Overview:

Directly responsible for assisting guests with day-to-day operations in Guest Relations, Lost & Found, the

Ride Information Center, and Ticket Will Call.

Responsibilities:

Responsibilities include:

  • Responding to guest inquiries, addressing comments and concerns

  • Providing accessibility accommodations for rides and attractions, answering phone lines, and managing lost-and-found reports.

Guest Relations staff are empowered to resolve guest issues and ensure the delivery of world-class guest

service. As the face of the park, this role requires excellent communication skills, a professional and friendly demeanor, and

above-average verbal and written abilities. Six Flags park knowledge is a plus!

Qualifications:

• Must be at least 18 years of age with a high school diploma or equivalent

• Strong knowledge of park policies and procedures

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills

• Basic proficiency with computers and phone systems

• Professional, self-motivated, and enthusiastic attitude

• Strong teamwork skills and ability to collaborate effectively with others

• Availability to work a flexible schedule, including nights, weekends, and holidays
