Three Forks Ranch is one of the most exclusive luxury ranch destinations in the country. Set on 280,000 private acres in the Rocky Mountains of Colorado, the ranch offers a fully all-inclusive guest experience centered around unexpected luxury, adventure, wellness, and transformation. 

The Healthy Living Center (HLC), in collaboration with Mayo Clinic, is a key component of the ranch experience and continues to evolve as an integrated luxury wellness and longevity offering.

Overview 

Three Forks Ranch is seeking a highly polished, operationally strong, and guest-focused Lead Wellness & Longevity Specialist to oversee the daily execution of spa services while helping lead the continued growth and integration of the Healthy Living Center. 

This is a hands-on leadership role requiring a balance of: 

  • luxury hospitality standards 
  • operational oversight 
  • wellness knowledge 
  • team leadership 
  • and guest engagement 

The ideal candidate will be comfortable both leading the operation and stepping into service delivery when needed. While spa leadership experience is essential, the role also requires a willingness and ability to learn all aspects of the Healthy Living Center experience, including longevity assessments, wellness programming, and guest coordination. 

This individual will work closely with ranch leadership and the HLC team to ensure a seamless, elevated, and highly personalized guest experience.


Spa Operations Leadership 

  • Oversee all daily spa operations, scheduling, and service standards 
  • Ensure exceptional guest experience across spa and wellness offerings 
  • Manage therapist schedules, treatment flow, and operational efficiency 
  • Maintain cleanliness, presentation, inventory, and treatment quality standards 
  • Assist in treatment delivery as operationally necessary 

Healthy Living Center Integration 

  • Learn and understand all aspects of the HLC and longevity assessment process 
  • Support coordination and execution of HLC guest experiences 
  • Work alongside HLC staff to ensure seamless scheduling and communication 
  • Assist in refining and evolving wellness and longevity programming 
  • Become proficient in the guest journey from assessment through follow-up 

Guest Experience 

  • Deliver highly personalized, high-touch guest interactions 
  • Help create a calm, polished, luxury wellness environment 
  • Anticipate guest needs and coordinate with other departments to ensure seamless execution 

Team Leadership & Development 

  • Lead, mentor, and support spa and wellness team members 
  • Assist with onboarding, training, and maintaining service consistency 
  • Foster a collaborative, professional, and guest-centered culture 

Administrative & Operational Responsibilities 

  • Assist with reporting, scheduling, inventory, and operational organization 
  • Support budgeting and labor efforts 
  • Coordinate closely with lodge operations, recreation, culinary, and reservations teams 

Qualifications 

  • 3+ years of experience in wellness, spa, fitness, hospitality, healthcare, or related guest-service environment preferred 
  • Must have massage license, prefer also esthetician license 
  • Strong interest in wellness, longevity, preventative health, and personalized guest care 
  • Ideal candidate has some medical, clinical, healthcare, kinesiology, exercise physiology, nursing, EMT, phlebotomy, or related background 
  • Willingness and ability to learn all HLC assessment protocols and workflows 
  • Will be trained in blood draw/phlebotomy procedures and expected to become comfortable performing blood draws as part of the longevity assessment process 
  • Comfortable learning and discussing health, wellness, and longevity concepts with guests in a polished and professional manner 
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail 
  • Professional, calm, and guest-focused presence 
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and professionalism around guest health and wellness information 
  • Comfortable working in a highly personalized luxury hospitality environment 
  • Ability to work collaboratively across Spa, HLC, Recreation, and Lodge teams 
  • CPR/AED certification preferred, or willingness to obtain upon hire.

What Success Looks Like 

90 Days 

  • Confidently overseeing spa and wellness operations on a day-to-day basis, performing treatments in spa 
  • Fully trained in all core Healthy Living Center operations, workflows, and guest experiences through: 
  • Mayo Clinic training opportunities 
  • Direct training with the Director of Healthy Living 
  • Shadowing and hands-on learning with existing trained HLC personnel 
  • Understands guest flow, scheduling, and service standards across both Spa and HLC operations 
  • Building strong relationships with team members and leadership
