The Lodge & Spa at Three Forks Ranch is seeking Waitstaff/Bartenders.

The Lodge & Spa at Three Forks Ranch, an exquisite guest destination,ispartnered with the top-ranked Mayo Clinic to form an unparalleled partnership in the Wellness Industry.

The main purpose of the Front of House is providing top quality, personalized, service throughout each dining experience and by doing so, creating a unique guest experience, which is in line with the service,visionand innovative concepts of Three Forks Ranch. The Front of House (FOH) position, with proper training from ourDir. of Food & Beverage and Kitchen Coordinator, will focus onmaintainingand exceeding our fine-dining services for guests, including proper food handling, pouring of beverages, and manners. The FOH position will also have a focus on cocktail, bar service.


Job Responsibilities (include, but are not limited to):

  • Executing dining experiences in line with Three Forks Ranchs standards of service
  • Helping in the facilitating of the day-to-day running of Three Forks Ranch to meet needs of all guests on a daily, weekly, monthly, yearly basis
  • Willing to work all job locations and shifts
  • Learning and implementing training programs taught by Assistant Lodge Manager
  • Willing to be flexible with changes or additions in dining service protocol, should that happen
  • Maintaininga high levelof cleanliness in all FOH spaces,i.e.wait stand, kitchen, bar, etc.
  • Maintaininga high levelof personal cleanliness
  • Interacting with guests responding to requests for anything needed (i.e.ironing board, drink, etc.)
  • Will report directly to the Director of Food and Beverage
  • Will work closely with theDirector of F&B, Kitchen Coordinator, AssistantLodge Managers, kitchenstaffand all other upper management

Qualifications:

  • 2+ years in the service industry, preferably fine dining required
  • Valid US Drivers License with acceptable driving record required
  • Well maintained vehicle, preferably with AWD or 4WD capabilities required
  • No pets required
  • Intermediate to advanced knowledge of internet, email required
  • Previousknowledge or use of Agilisys or other food reservation systems preferred
  • Must have the ability to read,writeand speak English required
  • Able to communicate with guests and colleagues with diplomacy and tact required
  • Must be able tolift upto 50 lbs. required
  • Must be able to work weekends, holidays, and evenings required
  • Must be able to stand and walk for up to 8 hours required
  • Guest relations, problem solving, training required
