Your exceptional guest services experience, expertise and knowledge of all aspects and policies of the Home Owners Association will contribute to the well-being of our residents.                                                                                            HOA Owner Services AgentGeneral Responsibilities         Conduct daily rounds in the Owner Services vehicle and complete round sheets noting observed of any unusual activity          and policy violations.         Monitor Owner Services cell phone, ensuring all communications with owners are handled properly and communicated          to a supervisory or managerial level when needed.         Provide shuttle service as directed by management.         Maintain good personal hygiene and clean work environment.         Ability to perform mild to moderate janitorial duties as needed.         Ability to work flexible days and shifts to support the 24/7 Owner Services operation.         Assist with requests, and questions.         Ability to fully explain all resort services, policies and other information about the resort to all owners.         Maintain knowledge of current resort policies, regulations, events, and hours of operation.         Greet owners warmly and with enthusiasm.         Assist and bring resolution to owner issues and complaints, with empathy and a focus on   satisfaction.
