Whether you're helping a family plan a birthday celebration, anniversary dinner, holiday gathering, or simply a night out, you'll play an important role in creating enjoyable experiences before our guests even arrive.

Using our computer-based reservation and guest management systems, you'll coordinate reservations, personally connect with guests before their visit, answer questions, recommend thoughtful enhancements that make celebrations even more memorable, and ensure every interaction reflects the genuine warmth and hospitality that has made Bavarian Inn a family tradition for generations.

Pay & Schedule

We also offer time and a half on holidays, up to $10,000 in tuition reimbursement, up to $1,000 in referral incentives when friends you refer are hired, flexible scheduling, free meals during scheduled shifts, and many other great team member perks!

What You'll Do
  • Welcome guests with friendly, genuine Bavarian hospitality through both inbound and outbound phone conversations.
  • Manage reservations and guest information using our computer-based reservation and guest management systems.
  • Contact guests to confirm reservations, answer questions, and help personalize their upcoming visit.
  • Learn about guests' special occasions and recommend celebration enhancements such as cakes, balloon bouquets, and special event packages.
  • Provide helpful information about our restaurant, menus, events, and amenities.
  • Respond to guest questions and concerns with professionalism, empathy, and a commitment to creating positive experiences.
  • Complete administrative and clerical tasks with exceptional accuracy and attention to detail.

  • A warm, friendly, and professional communication style.
  • Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills.
  • Confidence using computers and the ability to quickly learn reservation and guest management software.
  • Strong organizational skills with exceptional attention to detail.
  • The ability to multitask while maintaining accuracy in a fast-paced environment.
  • A positive attitude, sound judgment, and a genuine desire to create enjoyable experiences for every guest.
