Welcome to Yoga Joint West Boca!

This is a sales-forward role ideal for someone with strong people skills and a proven ability to convert interest into memberships. We’re looking for individuals who are passionate about yoga, fitness, and the wellness lifestyle, and who thrive in a high-energy, customer-focused environment.

As a Member Experience + Sales Associate, your primary responsibility will be membership sales and welcoming new guests, walking them through our offerings, and turning first-time visitors into loyal members. You’ll also play a key role in ensuring every guest has an exceptional experience from check-in to post-class.

Full- and part-time positions available for individuals with a positive attitude, high energy, and a team mindset required. Sales experience strongly preferred.

Key functions of this role

  • SELLING our Yoga Joint Memberships and other products

  • Promote an exceptional member experience and new guest experience

  • Focus on the importance of a clean, well stocked, and cared for facility

  • Emphasis on customer service and making sure the member experience is exceptional

  • Comfortable using our studio Point of Sales system

  • Assist in studio turnover in between classes as well as general studio maintenance

  • Participate in community events as needed to build brand awareness

  • Provide excellent customer service and care at all times

  • Uphold our high-level of standards for our Yoga Joint studio at all times

  • Work closely with Studio Manager to ensure smooth operations and drive revenue

  • Exude a positive, upbeat and pleasant attitude at all times

Preferred Experience

  • Sales experience strongly preferred

  • Proven experience representing a brand at community events.

  • Skilled in making sales calls to warm leads and building customer relationships.
