Guest Sales Associate

European Wax Center is the largest franchisor and operator of out-of-home waxing services in the United States. We train experts who take pride in delivering a high standard of care—so every visit is consistent, and every guest leaves feeling confident.

As a Guest Sales Associate, you'll shape each guest's experience from start to finish, delivering exceptional service in a welcoming environment. You'll work alongside a passionate team while helping guests feel confident, radiant, and comfortable in their own skin—making a lasting impact every day.

A Day in the Life:

  • Manage opening/closing procedures and ensure smooth daily operations.
  • Coordinate guest flow, handle inquiries, and maintain the reservation system.
  • Educate guests on services, Wax Pass benefits, products, and current promotions to drive sales.
  • Manage front desk and retail areas, including restocking and organization.
  • Deliver a personalized guest experience using brand standards and service techniques.
  • Meet or exceed individual and center performance goals.
  • Follow company policies, dress code, scheduling, and safety standards.
  • Participate in training sessions, community events, and marketing initiatives.

COMPENSATION & BENEFITS:

Hourly Base Pay: $15.50
