Position Summary:
Under general supervision, this position will assist with food service production, meal preparation, and guest service, and will be responsible for ensuring compliance with food safety and sanitation standards. This position will work a variety of shifts, including early mornings, afternoons, late evenings, and weekends.
Primary Responsibilities
Food Prep:
  • Clean and cut items as needed.
  • Refill salad bar and condiment containers
  • Label leftovers and place in coolers

Cleaning and Sanitizing:
  • Wipe down tables, countertops, serving areas, and meal-prep areas in accordance with food safety guidelines.
  • Sweep and mop floors.
  • Use the dishwasher to wash dishes, pans, and silverware; hand-wash items as needed.

Customer Service:
  • Serve meals to guests with a friendly demeanor
  • Assist guests with requests when asked.
  • Update menu boards with the next upcoming meal.
