With our focus on fun, safety, convenience, and good sportsmanship, i9 Sports is reinventing the youth sports experience for families across the country. It's the way youth sports should be. Job Summary
The Field Marketing Assistant is responsible for implementing and promoting the i9 Sports brand identity to the community through guerilla marketing tactics & in-person event hosting. The primary function of this role is to educate potential customers about our programs and to build our membership/registration base.
Responsibilities
  • Assisting with marketing plan tasks and development
  • Building relationships & driving brand awareness with local business owners, community members, and schools
  • Executing guerilla marketing strategies including road signs, flyers, and in-person events
  • Coordinating with local businesses and organizations to schedule events.
  • Interacting with the public and educating them on the i9 Sports Experience
  • Consistently demonstrate a positive attitude and superior customer service skills

Qualifications/Requirements
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Highly motivated self-starter; can work independently
  • Basic understanding of marketing and promotions
  • Ability to work off-hours and weekends
  • At least 20 Hours of weekly availability
  • Reliable personal transportation with cargo capabilities
  • Must be able to pass a National Criminal Background Check
