• Conduct thorough clinical assessments of students and their families to identify mental health challenges and create tailored treatment plans.
• Utilize evidence-based therapeutic interventions such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT) to address a wide range of mental health issues.
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation of clinical records in compliance with HIPAA regulations, ensuring patient confidentiality and data integrity.
• Collaborate with other mental health professionals and staff within the school setting to provide holistic and coordinated care for students.
• Engage in regular case consultations and team meetings to enhance treatment strategies and share insights that benefit client outcomes.
• Educate patients and their families about mental health issues, available treatment options, and community resources to empower informed decision-making.
• Stay current with the latest research and developments in the field of mental health, actively integrating new knowledge into practice.

The Licensed Clinical Social Worker will primarily serve the student population within local schools, focusing on the mental health needs of children and adolescents. In this role, you will address a variety of issues ranging from anxiety and depression to behavioral challenges and family dynamics, thereby directly supporting the well-being and success of young individuals in our community.

• Master’s degree in Social Work from an accredited institution.
• Active, valid license to practice as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) in Nevada.
• A minimum of 3 years of experience in a clinical setting, with a focus on providing psychotherapy services to diverse populations.
• Proficient knowledge of solution-based psychotherapy methods and practices relevant to youth and families.
• Exemplary verbal and written communication skills, allowing for effective interaction with clients and team members.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a capacity for adapting strategies to meet unique client needs.
• A collaborative spirit, thriving in a team-oriented environment, and displaying a commitment to professional ethics and standards.

• Previous experience working in school settings or with children and adolescents is highly regarded.
