KEY SKILLS/RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Nighttime Welcome Wagon: Greet guests with warmth and efficiency during the overnight shift (11 PM 7 AM). Handle check-ins, reservations, and those quirky late-night questions like a pro.
  • Master of Midnight Math: Own the Night Audit! Balance the books, finalize transactions, and make sure every number is in its perfect place. Detail lovers, this is your time to shine.
  • Guardian of the Glow-Up: Keep the property safe and sound with regular security walks. Youre the calm, watchful presence that helps guests sleep easy.
  • The Nightly Newsroom: Create daily reports and the Daily Flash Report to give management the inside scoop on what went down while the world was sleeping.

EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE

  • High School diploma or equivalent required; college coursework beneficial.
  • 1 year in a hotel or related field. Supervisory experience is a plus.

PROPERTY INFORMATION:
Connected to the citys indoor footbridge skyway system, this hotel is located in downtown Minneapolis and offers an indoor pool and free WiFi. Every room at Hyatt Place Minneapolis/Downtown provides a 42-inch flat-screen HDTV, small refrigerator and coffee maker. A work desk with an ergonomic chair is also included. 24/7 Gallery Market offers flatbreads, hot appetizers or to-go sandwiches and bottled beverages 24-hours a day. Guests can enjoy premium coffee, beer or wine from Coffee to Cocktails bar. A 24-hour fitness center and 24-hour business center are available for all guests. There are also meeting facilities at the property. Minneapolis Convention Center and Target Field are both less than a mile away from the hotel. University of Minnesota is a 10-minute drive away.
