Collins Aerospace is seeking an experienced and forward-thinking GTS systems analyst to be part of our Digital Technology GTS team. This role is critical to the success of our GTS S4 HANA transformation supporting the OneRTX program, harmonizing key business processes across the enterprise. The successful candidate will have the opportunity to influence and play a pivotal role redefining our GTS footprint for Collins Aerospace and RTX for the future. This is a hybrid position, at one of Collins major facilities.

What You Will Do:
  • Support the SAP GTS S4 HANA (e4H) solution transformation through the key phases: Blueprint – detailed design for processes, utilizing best practices and maximizing process harmonization opportunities; evaluation of gaps and making scope decisions.
  • Build – collaborate with an integrated team of external resources and internal RTX team members in the configuration and development of system capabilities.
  • Testing – support the creation and execution of test scenarios and scripts; work alongside business leaders and testers to ensure proper functionality and defect resolution.
  • Cutover & Hypercare – support successful migration from legacy systems to new environments.
  • Support go-live and the continuation of RTX business’ financial and operational performance.
  • Collaborate with business and digital team members and cross-functional teams to understand business requirements and provide guidance on utilizing GTS e4H effectively.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and implement solutions leveraging GTS e4H, enhancing our GTS processes in alignment with desired Collins Aerospace/RTX operating model and industry best practices.
  • Provide technical guidance & direction for enhancements related to Compliance and Customs Management processes.
  • Create and implement management changes associated with business process redesign.
  • Lead business transformation for redefining processes and capturing requirements.
  • Maintain active communication with stakeholders to manage expectations regarding change to the system and introduction of new and enhanced functionality.
  • Manage multiple priorities and drive through successful completion.
Qualifications You Must Have:

Typically requires a University Degree and minimum 8 years prior relevant experience or an Advanced Degree in a related field and minimum 5 years of experience. Must be a U.S. Citizen or Green Card holder. Strong working knowledge and experience with GTS e4H, GTS 11.0, and GTS Compliance and Customs Management functionality. Experience working with Seeburger (or other EDI integration), Foreign Trade Zone (FTZ), and Inward Processing Relief (IPR) solutions. Basic knowledge of Intrastat reporting and related capabilities.

Ability to communicate effectively with technical and non-technical customers, peers, and team members. Ability to work well in a virtual team environment with peers, business partners, and end users. Self-directed and experienced with minimal management oversight. Must be highly organized and able to juggle multiple customers, business partners, and business priorities. Ability to lead in a fast-moving, high pressure software development and deployment environment. Ability to negotiate with the business and resolve internal and external conflicts. Experience/knowledge working in the Aerospace & Defense industry is a plus.

The salary range for this role is 107,500 USD - 204,500 USD. The salary range provided is a good faith estimate representative of all experience levels. RTX considers several factors when extending an offer, including but not limited to, the role, function and associated responsibilities, a candidate’s work experience, location, education/training, and key skills.
