The Digital Marketing Associate supports the digital marketing strategy by implementing programs and tactics to increase product demand, enhance sales, identify additional sales channels, attract traffic to company websites, and promotes an online presence. He/She uses performance paid marketing and organic channels to increase traffic and revenue. The Digital Marketing Associate develops, curates, and deploys compelling content to attract, engage, and retain visitors and promote sales.  He/She collects and analyzes online statistics to identify marketplace trends and best practices to optimize online marketing performance.
Job Responsibilities
 
  • Implement an integrated digital marketing strategy that combines websites, content marketing, organic and paid social media, SEO/LLMO, email marketing, mobile apps marketing and social commerce efforts.
 
  • Support the creation, distribution, and management of engaging, high-quality content across multiple platforms, including blogs, videos, and social media; ensure content is optimized for performance and user engagement.
 
  • Execute digital marketing campaigns across various channels, measuring and analyzing their effectiveness to maximize ROI/ROAS/CAC/CPL. Adjust strategies in real-time based on analytics and industry trends.
 
  • Influence a team of marketing professionals, including designers, content creators, copywriters and external digital agencies. Foster a collaborative environment, provide ongoing feedback, and encourage professional development.
 
  • Utilize analytics tools to track campaign performance, website traffic, and engagement metrics. Provide regular reports to leadership detailing successes, insights, and opportunities for improvement.
 
  • Stay abreast of the latest trends and technologies in digital marketing. Implement innovative practices and tools that can enhance the effectiveness of our digital marketing efforts.

Job Requirements  
 
  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, or related field; a Master’s degree is a plus
  • 5+ years’ experience in digital marketing
  • Strong understanding of digital marketing channels and content marketing strategies
  • Proficient in tracking and tagging tools such as GTM, GA4, and attribution; Knowledge of tools like Hyros is preferred
  • Experience with Shopify; Shopify Plus preferred
  • Experience with Klaviyo and HubSpot
  • Experience with media buying on Meta, Google, TikTok and LinkedIn
  • Excellent copywriting skills
  • Knowledgeable in the process of web development; must be qualified to work with the technical department to lead projects from beginning to end
  • Must be familiar with best UX and UI practices for websites and mobile applications
  • Must have a proven track record of developing and executing successful digital multi touch-point marketing campaigns
  • Must have excellent analytical skills with experience in SEO/LLMO, PPC, email marketing, and social media; must have exceptional experience increasing ROAS for products and services campaigns
  • Strong leadership skills with experience building, managing, and motivating a team
  • Exceptional communication and organizational skills
