Job Summary

Auxis' Sales Operations Manager will play a critical role in planning the sales and operations functions to ensure the business goals are entirely aligned (cross-functional collaboration), across each arm of the business.  You will work to boost productivity, efficiency, and the overall impact that our sales team has on business performance.   

Responsibilities

Sales Planning and Performance Management 

  • Manage sales forecasting, reporting, and data analysis to provide actionable insights into sales performance and growth opportunities. 
  • Partner with Sales and Marketing leadership to refine lead qualification processes and analyze campaign performance through dashboards and reporting. 
  • Prepare and deliver Monthly and Quarterly Business Review (MBR/QBR) presentations for leadership. 
  • Actively support sales planning initiatives, go-to-market (GTM) presentations, and performance tracking against plan. 
  • Collaborate with Sales leadership to deliver recurring performance reports against targets and quotas. 
  • Track and analyze key sales metrics, including pipeline growth, win/loss rates, conversion rates, and quota attainment, to optimize the Sales team's performance. 
  • Lead, coach, and manage Sales Operations Analysts, ensuring the successful execution of all assigned initiatives and projects. 

Pipeline and CRM Management 

  • Own the end-to-end management of the sales funnel, CRM data integrity, and operational performance metrics. 
  • Define and implement strategies to improve pipeline, conversion rates, and forecast accuracy. 
  • Provide guidance and best practices to Sales teams to improve efficiency, opportunity creation, and deal progression. 
  • Lead weekly pipeline review meetings to assess performance against plan, identify action items, risks, and support the team in driving for goal attainment. 

Sales Enablement and Knowledge Management 

  • Oversee the development, maintenance, and governance of a centralized Sales Knowledge Base, including policies, procedures, sales presentations, playbooks, proposals, contracts, references, case studies, and other sales enablement materials. 
  • Identify, design, and oversee implementation of process improvements across the Sales organization. 
  • Evaluate, select, implement, and manage sales automation and enablement tools to ensure the Sales team is equipped with scalable, efficient technology where applicable 
  • Oversee compliance processes and ensure they are being followed  
Skills and Experience
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Marketing, Accounting, or a related discipline. 
  • 7+ years of experience in Sales Operations, Revenue Operations, or a related role 
  • Strong experience with CRM platforms (HubSpot preferred) 
  • Proven ability to manage analytics, forecasting, and sales performance metrics 
  • Experience leading or mentoring analysts or operations team members 
  • Strong cross-functional collaboration and communication skills 
  • Highly organized, analytical, and process-oriented
