Job description

Position Description
  • Modernize GSM's IT infrastructure, provide dedicated ISSO/ISSM security compliance support, and apply MBSE to secure MASINT data flows

Required Qualifications:
  • Active TS/SCI clearance with CI Polygraph
  • BS in Engineering, Physics or related Technical degree with the following experience in Space/Ground Aerospace Systems Engineering with 7+ years of experience
  • Deep technical understanding of MASINT and specific sensor phenomenologies (Radar, EO, Bistatics)
  • Proven experience in Systems Engineering (MBSE) and IT/Cybersecurity standards (ISSO, RMF)
  • Proficiency in federal acquisition management and financial execution (PPBE)
  • Strong communication skills to liaise between GSM leadership, external partners, and technical teams

Pay:
  • Target Salary Range: $150,000 to 185,000. The salary range listed represents the anticipated compensation for this position. Actual compensation will be determined based on the selected candidate's experience, qualifications, skills, and other relevant factors.
