Contracts Coordinator
The ideal candidate will be a recent college graduate with a business related degree. Recent internship experience within a proposal, contracts and procurement environment preferred. Carahsoft Technology Corp. is a great place to work and gain valuable hands-on business and government contracting experience.
Overall Responsibilities:
  • Ensure corporate compliance with all federal and state contracting regulations.
  • Maintain and add products to GSA schedule, GSA Advantage and state schedules.
  • Train and coordinate with multiple departments to promote the full use of government contract opportunities and compliance.
  • Submit quarterly sales reports to respective government agencies.
  • Register on state and municipal bidders list.
  • Serve as main point of contact for government procurement inquiries.

Qualifications:
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently and resolve practical problems.
  • Strong organizational skills; accuracy and attention to detail, including follow-up.
  • Recent working knowledge of Microsoft Word and Excel mandatory.
  • Familiarity with all contracts types.
  • BA/BS degree
  • Proven track record of responsibility and dependability
  • Candidate must thrive in a fast-paced, changing environment

Compensation and Benefits
  • Starting compensation range: $40,000 - $50,000 per year
  • Carahsoft offers benefits such as health insurance, dental insurance, vision insurance, and a 401(k) savings plan. All full-time employees are eligible for accrued vacation leave and sick leave.
