Job description

GSA Schedule Contracts Manager
Clearance: US Citizenship required.
Location: Washington, DC Metro Area (VA/DC/MD) - Onsite/Hybrid per program requirements. Candidates must currently reside in, or be willing to relocate to, the DC metro area prior to start.
Salary: $110,000-$185,000 - Commensurate with experience
Responsibilities
  • Manage and maintain the company's GSA Multiple Award Schedule (MAS) contract, including modifications, pricing updates, and compliance reporting.
  • Ensure compliance with FAR, GSAR, and Schedule-specific clauses (e.g., Price Reductions Clause, Industrial Funding Fee reporting).
  • Prepare and submit contract modifications, option exercises, and administrative actions via eOffer/eMod and GSA eBuy.
  • Support business development and capture teams with GSA Schedule pricing and compliance guidance.
  • Monitor and report sales, ensure timely IFF payments, and maintain Commercial Sales Practices (CSP) disclosures.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for GSA Contracting Officers and internal stakeholders on Schedule matters.
  • Support task order proposal development and administration under the GSA Schedule.

Requirements
  • Demonstrated experience managing GSA Schedule contracts (MAS) or similar federal contract vehicles.
  • Working knowledge of FAR, GSAR, and federal contract administration requirements.
  • Experience with GSA systems (eOffer/eMod, eBuy, FAS Sales Reporting Portal).
  • Strong analytical, negotiation, and communication skills.
  • Experience supporting contracts for DoW, DHS, FBI, or another national security agency customer.
  • Willingness to work onsite in the DC metro area as required.

Preferred Skills
  • Certified Federal Contracts Manager (CFCM) or similar certification.
  • Experience with other federal contract vehicles (IDIQs, GWACs, BPAs).
  • Experience supporting DoW, DHS, FBI, or national security agency contracts.

Education and Work Experience
3-15 years of relevant experience, with placement (Mid, Senior, or Lead) commensurate with demonstrated experience. Bachelor's degree in a related field preferred; equivalent professional experience will be considered in lieu of a degree.
