  • Experience: 2-4 years of experience in data analytics, marketing analytics, growth, or a related field.
  • Technical Skills: Proficiency in SQL and data visualization/BI tools (e.g., QuickSight, Tableau, Looker). Strong hands-on experience with event-based analytics platforms (e.g., Amplitude, Mixpanel) and Ad Platform dashboards (Meta, Google, etc.).
  • Analytical Capabilities: Ability to analyze conversion funnels and translate complex data points into a clear narrative. Strong attention to detail in reporting and maintaining data integrity.
  • AI Adoption & Tech Fluency: Comfortable integrating generative AI tools (like Claude) and modern platform AI agents into your daily data workflows to write code faster, troubleshoot tracking schemas, and scale analytics output.
  • Experimentation: Heavy statistical experimentation experience is not required. A basic understanding of straightforward A/B testing is sufficient, and you will learn as you go.
