• Perform clinical work by engaging directly with clients, both in-office and within community-based settings, focusing on those affected by significant mental health issues.
• Participate actively as a collaborative team member, emphasizing shared objectives to achieve optimal therapeutic results.
• Develop individualized care plans in coordination with clients, ensuring their needs and preferences guide treatment strategies.
• Implement brief, evidence-based screenings and assessments, followed by more detailed evaluations as necessary.
• Offer therapy services through individual, group, and family sessions, focusing on a range of therapeutic techniques tailored to each client's unique circumstances.
• Conduct crisis intervention as required, showcasing strong decision-making skills in high-pressure situations.
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation of client interactions, assessments, and treatment plans in line with state and federal regulations.
• Engage in safety protocols, identifying and reporting unsafe conditions to uphold a secure environment for staff and clients alike.
• Support broader agency objectives by contributing to committees focused on improving service delivery and quality enhancement.

• Possession of an active and unrestricted Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) license.
• A bachelor’s degree in social work or a related field is essential.

• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills are required for both client interactions and professional documentation.
• Solid organizational skills demonstrated through effective planning and execution of assessments and treatment.
• Ability to approach clinical situations with a focus on client choice and empowerment, encouraging autonomy and active participation in care.
• Cultural competence in serving diverse populations and addressing age-related and developmental needs is vital.

• A minimum of 2 years of relevant clinical experience, showcasing familiarity with mental health treatment methodologies and community resource navigation.
• Experience working in remote clinical settings and utilizing telehealth technologies would be advantageous.
• Proficiency in integrated care approaches that emphasize collaboration with multidisciplinary teams is preferred.

The position offers a competitive annual salary between USD 70,000 and 85,000, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
