Job description

360 Physical Therapy & Wellness is a fast-growing, therapist-owned practice in Maple Lawn, MD that prides itself on personal attention and outstanding outcomes for its clients. We are seeking a physical therapist to join our team as we grow our clientele. This is a unique opportunity with potential for partial ownership and profit-sharing.

We seek candidates who:

  • Are self-starters, reliable, and motivated
  • Have a strong interest and/or background in IASTM, dry needling, and manual therapy.
  • Assist in the implementation and development of innovative strategies to improve our company’s workflow
  • Create treatment programs, monitor progress, and modify goals for each client
  • Have excellent communication and customer service skills
  • Can review client history and submit timely medical documentation
  • Maintain clinic supplies, equipment, and apparatus
  • Are talented, energetic, and upbeat

Mandatory Qualifications:

  • Graduate from an accredited physical therapy program approved by The Federation of State Boards of Physical Therapy, in collaboration with the American Physical Therapy Association
  • Current Maryland Physical Therapist (PT) license with no outstanding disciplinary action
  • Certified in CPR/AED for healthcare providers
  • Experience and/or interest in manual therapy treatment
  • Exceptional customer services and communication skills
  • Ability to work weekday evenings, and some weekends

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience at an outpatient, community-based clinic
  • Certified in trigger point dry needling
