Patient Population / Client Focus

Qualifications
  • A current and valid licensing in Washington state as a Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker (LICSW), Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC), or Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT).
  • A Masterโ€™s degree or Doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to establish rapport and trust with clients in a virtual setting.
  • Demonstrated empathy, compassion, and understanding of client experiences, facilitating a therapeutic connection that paves the way for effective treatment.
  • Exceptional organizational skills, enabling you to manage multiple clients and documentation effectively.
Preferred Experience
  • Experience working with children, adolescents, and families in both clinical and school settings.
  • Familiarity with telehealth technologies and remote therapy methodologies.

Compensation and Benefits

This full-time position offers a competitive salary range of USD 80,000 to 100,000 annually, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
