You will focus on helping children and adolescents facing a range of mental health challenges, including anxiety, depression, trauma, and behavioral issues. With a commitment to culturally competent care, you will adapt your approach to suit the diverse backgrounds and experiences of your clients, fostering a safe and trusting environment conducive to healing.

• A current and valid licensing in Washington state as a Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker (LICSW), Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC), or Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT).
• A Master’s degree or Doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to establish rapport and trust with clients in a virtual setting.
• Demonstrated empathy, compassion, and understanding of client experiences, facilitating a therapeutic connection that paves the way for effective treatment.
• Exceptional organizational skills, enabling you to manage multiple clients and documentation effectively.

• Experience working with children, adolescents, and families in both clinical and school settings.
• Familiarity with telehealth technologies and remote therapy methodologies.
• Knowledge of specific therapeutic modalities suited for younger populations.

This full-time position offers a competitive salary range of USD 80,000 to 100,000 annually, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
