• Build strong and trusting relationships with clients to foster a safe and supportive therapeutic environment.
• Conduct comprehensive assessments to diagnose mental health disorders, developing personalized treatment plans tailored to individual client needs.
• Provide regular counseling sessions to individuals, couples, and families, adapting therapeutic approaches based on ongoing assessments and client feedback.
• Maintain meticulous records of client progress and treatment plans, ensuring adherence to HIPAA regulations and clinic policies.
• Monitor and reassess treatment effectiveness, making adjustments as necessary in collaboration with clients.
• Facilitate group therapy sessions when appropriate, promoting shared experiences and community learning among participants.
• Collaborate with other healthcare professionals as needed to ensure clients receive comprehensive care, including referrals to specialists for additional support.
• Stay current with developments in the field of marriage and family therapy, incorporating evidence-based practices into your therapeutic approach.

At Grow Therapy Care Center, you will work with a diverse clientele, including individuals suffering from anxiety, depression, relationship conflicts, and significant life changes. We emphasize culturally sensitive practices, seeking to understand each client's unique context and circumstances. Our focus extends to clients with substance use disorders and co-occurring mental health conditions, making specialized training or experience in addiction counseling especially relevant.

• A valid license as a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) in Washington State.
• A Master's or Doctoral degree in Marriage and Family Therapy, Social Work, Counseling, Psychology, or a related field.
• Proven therapeutic skills with a focus on motivational interviewing and client-centered therapy.
• Solid understanding of various therapeutic techniques and evidence-based practices for treating mental health disorders.
• Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written, enabling effective interaction with clients and team members.

• Specialized training or experience in addiction counseling, particularly in managing co-occurring disorders.
• Prior experience in a community health clinic or similar setting is advantageous.
• Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively in a multidisciplinary team environment.
• Proficiency in digital communication tools and telehealth platforms.
