This is a full-time, year-round position beginning August 2026. Starting wage for this role is $22.00/hour.

The Front Desk Supervisor leads Front Desk operations during assigned shifts, supports team members, and ensures an exceptional guest experience. This hands-on leadership role is responsible for maintaining service standards, resolving guest concerns, and assisting with the efficient operation of the Front Office team.

Roles & Responsibilities

  • Supervise Front Desk operations during assigned shifts and ensure service standards are consistently met.
  • Support Front Desk team scheduling, daily workflow, and shift coverage.
  • Train, coach, and support Front Desk Agents to promote a positive and productive work environment.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for guest concerns, resolving issues promptly and professionally.
  • Coordinate with Housekeeping, Maintenance, Reservations, and other departments to ensure seamless guest service.
  • Assist with arrivals, departures, group business, VIP guests, and special requests.
  • Monitor room inventory, occupancy, and operational reports as needed.
  • Ensure the Front Desk, lobby, and public areas maintain a professional and welcoming appearance.
  • Identify and communicate maintenance, safety, and security concerns.
  • Support overall hotel operations and perform additional duties as assigned.

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • 2+ years of Front Desk experience in a hotel, resort, or hospitality environment.
  • Previous supervisory, lead, or senior Front Desk experience preferred.
  • Strong guest service, communication, and conflict-resolution skills.
  • Ability to lead by example and motivate a team in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Proficiency with hotel property management systems and standard computer applications.
  • Flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays as required.
