As a world leader in life science engineering and technical solutions, MTG has the knowledge and experience to ensure compliance with pharmaceutical, biotechnology, and medical device safety and efficacy guidelines. With offices in Caguas, PR, Boston, MA & San Francisco, CA and we serve life sciences clients in six global markets: United States, Puerto Rico, Dominican Republic, Mexico, Germany, Canada, and South America.
Responsabilidades Principales:
  • Realizar mantenimiento periódico e inspecciones en los siguientes equipos:
    • Amada Vipros 255
    • Prensas Niagara
    • Máquinas Cincinnati
    • Equipos Boschert
    • Horno Global
    • Sistemas Wegner
    • HRB Amada
    • Generadores Cummins
    • Montacargas Talif
  • Diagnosticar y reparar fallas mecánicas y eléctricas.
  • Ejecutar ajustes y reparaciones menores para asegurar el funcionamiento eficiente de los equipos.
  • Realizar trabajos generales en las facilidades, incluyendo:
    • Reparaciones menores en infraestructura (puertas, ventanas, techos, pisos, etc.)
    • Mantenimiento de sistemas eléctricos y de iluminación.
    • Pintura, plomería básica y limpieza de áreas técnicas.
    • Apoyo en la reorganización de espacios y traslado de equipos.
  • Mantener herramientas y áreas de trabajo limpias y seguras.
  • Cumplir con los procedimientos de seguridad establecidos.
  • Trabajar Work Orders y cumplir con los KPI establecidos.
Requisitos:
  • Conocimientos básicos de mecánica, electricidad y mantenimiento general.
  • Experiencia previa con maquinaria industrial y trabajos de handyman.
  • Capacidad para trabajar de forma autónoma y en equipo.
  • Buena comunicación y compromiso con la seguridad.
  • Dominio del idioma ingles conversacional
