Director of Sales & Marketing – Full-Service Hotel (Confidential Listing)

Location: Greater Denver Metro Area


We are seeking a results-driven and strategic Director of Sales & Marketing to lead the revenue generation efforts for a full-service hotel in the Greater Denver Metro Area. This property caters to a diverse mix of corporate, group, and leisure travelers and offers a strong food and beverage program.

This role is ideal for a hands-on leader who can drive top-line performance, develop high-performing teams, and position the hotel competitively within the market.


Position Overview

The Director of Sales & Marketing is responsible for developing and executing comprehensive sales strategies, leading the sales team, and driving revenue across all market segments. This position works closely with hotel leadership and reports to regional leadership.


Responsibilities:

Strategic Planning & Revenue Generation

  • Develop and execute strategic sales and marketing plans to achieve revenue goals across corporate, group, and leisure segments
  • Identify new business opportunities and market trends to maximize occupancy, ADR, and RevPAR
  • Lead proactive and reactive sales efforts, including key account management and new business development


Team Leadership & Development

  • Recruit, train, and mentor a high-performing sales team, fostering accountability and results-driven performance
  • Set clear performance expectations, monitor progress, and provide ongoing coaching and development
  • Create a collaborative and motivated sales culture aligned with overall hotel goals


Client Relationship Management

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, corporate accounts, third-party partners, and community organizations

Sales Performance & Reporting
