Site Supervisor


Location: Bald Head Island, NC. Projects are primarily located on Bald Head Island and require daily ferry transportation. The company welcomes candidates with high-end residential or mixed-use construction experience.

We are seeking experienced Site Supervisors to serve as the company's primary on-site authority for daily construction operations. The Site Supervisor will manage trade coordination, production, jobsite organization, quality, safety, documentation, and schedule execution under the direction of the Project Manager.


Key Responsibilities

  • Maintain full control of assigned job sites and oversee daily field operations.
  • Establish daily work plans aligned with project priorities and schedules.
  • Maintain rolling two-week look-ahead schedules.
  • Coordinate subcontractors, sequencing, manpower, inspections, and material deliveries.
  • Confirm that prerequisites are complete before work begins.
  • Monitor work in progress for compliance with plans, specifications, and company standards.
  • Maintain organized material staging, debris control, site protection, and secure startup and shutdown procedures.
  • Identify schedule risks early and implement approved recovery strategies.
  • Complete daily logs covering weather, workforce, completed work, inspections, delays, and field issues.
  • Upload daily progress photographs and maintain real-time BuilderTrend updates.
  • Document RFIs, delivery discrepancies, deficiencies, field conditions, and corrective actions.
