This is the perfect entry point into project management. You'll learn the ropes of how big projects are run while supporting our Group and Project Managers. • Support managers with reports, schedules, and communication between office and field teams.

  • Learn how to process invoices, track project progress, and assist with day-to-day project operations.

  • Take ownership of tasks, solve problems, and contribute to the success of major infrastructure projects.

  • 1โ€“2 years of office or construction-related experience is helpful, but we're willing to train the right person.

  • Strong organization skills, attention to detail, and a positive, motivated attitude.

  • Retirement & Ownership: Stock options, 401(k) with 4% match, and profit sharing.

  • Vacation policy plus 8 paid holidays.

  • Career growth opportunities โ€“ move from Project Assistant to Project Engineer, Project Manager, and beyond.

  • Leadership coaching to help you grow professionally and personally.

Your Future Starts Here

At Liberty, we believe in growing our own leaders. Many of our Project Managers and leaders started in support roles just like this one. If you're organized, motivated, and ready to take the first step in your career, we want to hear from you.
