Standard Job Description You will be the Integrated Program Planner Mgr - F-16 Sustainment and BTP Level 5 for the Integrated Fighter Group (IFG) which is responsible for delivering sustainment and buildtopackage scheduling excellence. Your responsibilities will include: Lead, mentor and grow a team of planners supporting sustainment, tooling, and BTP schedule development. Partner with program management and functional teams to translate customer requirements into accurate schedule baselines.

Provide expert analysis of schedule health, earnedvalue, and cost integration, delivering actionable recommendations to senior leadership. Champion enterprisewide performance initiatives and ensure compliance with LockheedMartin scheduling standards. Act as the primary liaison between internal stakeholders and external customers, driving clear communication and integration.

This position is in Fort Worth, TX Discover Fort Worth. Partners with Program & Senior Management and directs all phases of Program Planning & Integration from inception through completion. Responsible for the end-to-end lifecycle of planning and schedule management in support of program capture and execution.

Collaborates with program management, senior management and the customer as the programs planning integrator. Manages vertical and horizontal integration and cost/schedule integration between all schedules and other program artifacts.Provides leadership to program planning team and ensures: modeling and measuring techniques are in place to integrate risks and opportunities with schedule and cost baseline and to perform schedule risk assessments;time-phased predictive analyses, critical path verification and schedule risk assessments are performed and coordinated with program management; performance and health metrics analyses are utilized to drive actions resulting in improved program performance.Responsible for coordinating subordinate employee recruitment, selection and training, performance assessment, work assignments, salary, and recognition/disciplinary actions. Basic Qualifications Bachelors degree or above from an accredited college, or equivalent experience/combined education

Experience with Integrated Master Schedule (IMS). Experience with Critical Path Methodology (CPM). Experience with Earned Value Management System (EVMS).

Experience with Scheduling Software such as Open Plan, Primavera, or Microsoft Project. Experience with performing and adjudicating Schedule Health Metrics and Schedule Performance Metrics. Desired Skills Leadership Experience.

Knowledge of DCMA Schedule Health Metrics and Schedule Performance Metrics. CDRL knowledge and experience with DI-MGMT-81861A Integrated Program Management Report (IPMR), DI-MGMT-81861B Integrated Program Management Data and Analysis Report (IPMDAR) and/or DI-MGMT-81650 Integrated Master Schedule (IMS). Strong knowledge of LM Program Performance Management (PPM) Command Media.

Demonstrated knowledge of subcontractor & government furnished equipment integration with a Prime Contractor's IMS Experience with DCMA Earned Value Audits. Previous experience with Deltek OpenPlan. Schedule Risk Assessment (SRA) Experience.

Prior Aerospace Experience. Demonstrated Verbal and Written Communications Skills. Strong Presentation Skills.
