Zumba Instructor - Crunch Fitness

We're looking for an enthusiastic, high-energy Zumba Instructor who can create an unforgettable class experience that keeps members coming back week after week. At Crunch, we believe fitness should be fun, inclusive, and empowering-and our instructors are at the heart of making that happen.
What You'll Do:
- Lead exciting, safe, and engaging Zumba classes for all fitness levels.
- Create an energetic atmosphere where every member feels welcome and motivated.
- Build relationships with members and help foster a strong fitness community.
- Encourage participation, celebrate progress, and inspire confidence.
- Arrive prepared with music, choreography, and a positive attitude.
- Promote Crunch programs, events, and club initiatives.
- Maintain a clean and safe group fitness environment.
What We're Looking For:
- Current Zumba Instructor License (required).
- Nationally Accredited Group Fitness Certification (preferred).
- CPR/AED certification (or ability to obtain before teaching).
- Outgoing personality with excellent communication skills.
- Reliable, professional, and passionate about helping others.
- Ability to motivate and engage participants of all ages and fitness levels.
- Previous group fitness instruction experience is a plus-but exceptional energy and stage presence are just as important!
