Scottsdale, AZ 
  

About the Role 

We’re seeking a driven Product Manager to lead the development and optimization of features that enhance the experience for our users and internal stakeholders. You’ll collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to define the product roadmap, translate customer needs into solutions, and ensure our platform evolves to meet the demands of a growing market. 
  

The ideal candidate will have strong analytical thinking abilities, as well as excellent communication and relationship-building skills, being able to work across multiple teams to synthesize information and determine requirements. They will have 5+ years of experience in product management within a B2B SaaS or technology-driven environment. 

This role is in Scottsdale and is in-office with 20% flexibility to work from home.  

Duties & Responsibilities: 
  

Product Strategy & Technical Vision 

  • Define and articulate a clear product vision that aligns with company goals and user needs. 

  • Use data, research, and market insights to identify opportunities and prioritize initiatives. 

  • Develop and maintain a product roadmap that communicates priorities and progress to stakeholders. 

Stakeholder Collaboration 

  • Collaborate with Business Analysts, Associate Product Managers, Engineering, QA, and Design teams to prioritize and deliver high-quality features. 

  • Communicate product plans, progress, and results to internal and external stakeholders. 

  • Partner with Sales, Marketing, and Customer Support to enable successful product launches. 

Execution & Delivery 

  • Define clear, actionable requirements for new features and improvements through user stories, requirements and acceptance criteria. 

  • Manage product development from ideation to release, ensuring timely delivery of high-impact initiatives. 

  • Monitor and analyze product performance post-launch, using data to iterate and improve. 

Customer Focus 

  • Act as the voice of the customer by deeply understanding their needs and advocating for solutions. 

  • Build relationships with users and gather insights to inform product direction 
      

Qualifications: 

  • 5 years of experience in product management, ideally in a B2B SaaS or technology-driven environment. 

  • Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field; MBA or equivalent experience is a plus. 

  • Strong understanding of Agile methodologies and experience working with engineering teams. 

  • Proven ability to define and deliver successful digital products or features. 

  • Excellent problem-solving skills, with a user-centric approach to product development. 

  • Familiarity with tools such as Jira, Confluence, Figma, or similar. 

  • Strong analytical skills, with the ability to interpret data and turn insights into action. 

  • Exceptional communication and collaboration skills, capable of influencing cross-functional teams. 
      

Nice to Have 

  • Experience in B2B, logistics, or workforce solutions industries. 

  • Knowledge of workforce travel or accommodation management challenges. 

  • Experience working with geographically distributed teams.
