We are searching for a skilled and motivated Plumbing Operations Manager to join our team in Jackson, WI. A valid Wisconsin Master Plumber license is highly preferred for this role as it combines hands-on plumbing expertise, team leadership, and regulatory oversight. This key role would be responsible for doing ride a longs while also working in the field to bring in revenue. Other responsibilities include site safety, plumbing repairs, site field reports and supervision of other plumbers. What You'll Do:
  • Field Leadership: Manage and lead a team of plumbing technicians; perform ride-alongs to provide field training, coaching, and safety oversight.

What You Bring:

  • Requirements: Valid driver's license with an insurable driving record. Must pass a background check and drug screening.
