Job Summary

This is an exciting opportunity to step into a leadership role within a dynamic and growth-oriented organization. We are seeking a strategic and results-driven District Operations Manager to support and optimize refreshment operations across the district. In this role, you will work closely with the District Manager to drive operational excellence, ensure financial performance, and foster a culture of continuous improvement.


Key Responsibilities
  • Financial Performance:
    Monitor and ensure branch-level financial results align with company goals and client expectations.

  • Operational Efficiency:
    Maximize productivity across the district by developing accurate forecasts and identifying opportunities for process improvement.

  • Policy Compliance:
    Interpret and enforce company policies, procedures, and guidelines to ensure consistent application across all locations.

  • Installation Coordination:
    Assist with scheduling and coordinating new account installations to ensure smooth execution and client satisfaction.

  • Sales Support:
    Collaborate with the sales team to support business development efforts and contribute to revenue growth.

  • Training & Development:
    Identify training needs for Customer Service Managers and coordinate district-wide development initiatives.

  • Labor Relations:
    Lead union contract negotiations and ensure full compliance with collective bargaining agreements, where applicable.


Preferred Qualifications
  • Associate’s degree or higher
  • Minimum of 3 years of relevant experience in operations or management
  • Strong financial acumen with the ability to interpret and analyze data
  • Excellent presentation and communication skills
  • Proven problem-solving abilities in dynamic environments
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, Excel)
